While it is important to focus on our external customer it equally important to focus on the internal one as when the product is good only internally we can assure that they are good for externally.
When it would makes the some of the support department happy when those data available but it would be more economical if the core department benefited from this as they are the biggest stakeholder.
End vision is to be able to have data availability, new data or the understanding of data. Which is more important when most still don't understand the available data.
How about end vision to have 100% yield of what we produce?
While Dr trigger is annoying when the triggering up to this level we shall not forget internally we are facing the failure too just that didn't got to be triggered but that doesn't mean things are good.
Without even showing on the small scale of what our team can do how we can build the working rapport with the process team when we request for KPIV?
While it is good to have vision of systems intelligent that able to do some magic works.
For now it is better rely on human intelligent to do it as we are have adaptive but systems doesn't, at least for now.

Keen Barbados, after 5 years.
This is the great Keen slipper that accompany me for the last t years, still love the comfort and protection it provides. Old but still serving well, needs to patch up every once a while.

make faster decision everyday?
when you have too many people making the decision the decision can't really moved fast especially when they contradict each other with the primary thinking for their own agenda.
when those form the lower level has the power to make their own decision, what so is the authority of the manager? would they be happy enough to give away that power, its against their will, it think.
unless everyone in sg has the spirit of "one for all, all for one", it is unlikely that we have a team hat move fast enough with market changes.
and unless those from the management level believe this and start acting from within, " walk the talk" so to speak and not waiting for the next person to start, this likely to take off.
listen and do less talking...but what manage does other than talking and waiting for good amount of information to make informed decision, however a good manage able to make correct decision with small amount of information available. What so special to make decision when all information available?
managers likely enjoying the benefit/power over controlling staffs but lack the gut to hold the responsibility to make decision therefore meeting required to have everyone share the responsibility should anything goes wrong. then finger would start pointing....

Ergonomics mouse
Recently bought an Wowpen Comfi ergonomics mouse, the shape looks unconventional compared to normal mouse, the idea is to have the natural posture of the palm holding the mouse.
However to my palm size its a little bit small, but this mouse is for my wife, so its fit just nice in her palm.

To: QQ & XX, Learn to live life !!
Beautiful letter written by a father to his son. Following is a letter to his son from a renown Hong Kong TV broadcaster cum Child Psychologist. The words are actually applicable to all of us, young or old, children or parents.
I am writing this to you because of 3 reasons
1. Life, fortune and mishaps are unpredictable, nobody knows how long he lives. Some words are better said early.
2. I am your father, and if I don't tell you these, no one else will.
3. What is written is my own personal bitter experiences that perhaps could save you a lot of unnecessary heartaches.
Remember the following as you go through life
1. Do not bear grudge towards those who are not good to you. No one has the responsibility of treating you well, except your mother and I. To those who are good to you, you have to treasure it and be thankful, and ALSO you have to be cautious, because, everyone has a motive for every move. When a person is good to you, it does not mean he really likes you. You have to be careful, don't hastily regard him as a real friend.
2. No one is indispensable, nothing in the world that you must possess. Once you understand this idea, it would be easier for you to go through life when people around you don't want you anymore, or when you lose what/who you love most.
3. Life is short. When you waste your life today, tomorrow you would find that life is leaving you. The earlier you treasure your life, the better you enjoy life.
4. Love is but a transient feeling, and this feeling would fade with time and with one's mood. If your so called loved one leaves you, be patient, time will wash away your aches and sadness. Don't over exaggerate the beauty and sweetness of love, and don't over exaggerate the sadness of falling out of love.
5. A lot of successful people did not receive a good education, that does not mean that you can be successful by not studying hard! Whatever knowledge you gain is your weapon in life. One can go from rags to riches, but one has to start from some rags!
6. I do not expect you to financially support me when I am old, either would I financially support your whole life. My responsibility as a supporter ends when you are grown up. After that, you decide whether you want to travel in a public transport or in your limousine, whether rich or poor.
7. You honour your words, but don't expect others to be so. You can be good to people, but don't expect people to be good to you. If you don't understand this, you would end up with unnecessary troubles.
8. I have bought lotteries for umpteen years, but I never strike any prize. That shows if you want to be rich, you have to work hard! There is no free lunch!
9. No matter how much time I have with you, let's treasure the time we have together. We do not know if we would meet again in our next life.

Been busy with works & life...
I have been busy with new working environment since the beginning of this year, not much spare time left to post here...and recently just got my self an 2nd hand Toyota Altis, spend quit a $$ on it in servicing and changing some wear and tear components for better safety...

Moving to new office this week.
Well, the lab here will be demolished for new owner. So we are force to move up to 3rd floor which will be sitting at my manager lab/office...
