Old Orient model with metal day and date wheels AND Made in Japan, NOT plastic ones and made outside Japan like current Seiko and Citizen
Orient In-House Automatic 21 Jewels. Japan signed on movement.
Size is slightly larger typical dress watch. Bigger than a typical Seiko 5 men watch.

How to use the inner bezel:

Non-decompression diving time on the inner bezel:
20 M Can stay at 20 M depth for 45 to 60 minutes without decompression
30 M Can stay at 30 M depth during 30 to 45 minutes
35 M Can stay at 35 M depth during 15 to 30 minutes
40 M Can stay at 40 M depth during 0 to 15 minutes
